Workshop Objectives: To help participants increase their knowledge, improve their skills, and enhance their attitude towards performance management so that they can help their employees and business or organization to be more successful.
Workshop Description: This workshop covers the key areas in employee performance management. It includes individual and group exercises and a 90-day Action Plan that participants will create for using or improving performance management at work. Participants will be asked to submit a report on their progress at the end of the 90 days.
Expected Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
(1) Write a clear job description
(2) Understand how to set meaningful employee performance objectives that are consistent with their business or organization’s objectives, and
(3) Understand how to train, develop, monitor, support, evaluate, compensate and reward employees more effectively.
