Strategic Planning Training Workshop
Workshop Objectives: To help participants to increase their knowledge, improve their skills, and enhance their attitude toward Strategic Planning and be able to use the Strategic Planning Process to make their businesses more successful.
Workshop Description: This one-day workshop is designed to provide the basic concepts and practical skills that are used in Strategic Planning for a variety of businesses. It includes exercises, a short video, and an Action Plan that participants will create for using Strategic Planning in their businesses. Participants will be given a 90-day challenge and will be asked to submit a report on their progress at the end of the 90 days.
Expected Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this workshop, participants will:
(1) Understand Strategic Planning, its importance, and its benefits
(2) Learn how to analyze their company’s current situation and help improve their businesses
(3) Learn how to craft a winning strategy to help their business be more successful
(4) Develop an Action Plan for using Strategic Planning in their business
